Mordhau

PlayFab identity, team modes, Deathmatch, duel combat, and the limits of enhanced measurements.

Link your PlayFab identity if you are a player. Connect a game server if you are operating the host.

Modes and profiles

Mode/profileRecorded behavior
Skirmish (SKM)One-life team rounds, supported per-round statistics and Impact.
Hardpoint (HPT)Team/objective play, with mode-appropriate observed participation.
Deathmatch (DM), explicitly allowedFree-for-all combat totals without per-side team thresholds.
Duel tracking profileObserved combat totals, without inferred duel wins/losses or ratings.
Presence onlyObserved connected human time without combat or match results.

Team modes default to SKM/HPT. A custom team mod may report a generic Deathmatch blueprint, so only enable DM when you intend standalone free-for-all recording. Team Deathmatch is not the DM option; its HPT detection requires evidence.

Identity

Mordhau observations use the game's PlayFab ID. A display name is not sufficient to link an account. Previously observed matching records can be associated after linking; unobserved history cannot be reconstructed. See identity reference.

Basic and enhanced stats

Basic feeds provide the supported kills, deaths, team kills, suicides, score, round, and objective information. What is meaningful depends on the mode: a respawning mode does not have a one-life clutch state.

The Heir Enhanced Stats mod can provide damage, hits/zones, weapon/swing information, parries, chambers, and assist-related observations. These metrics require the actual feed; a server without it must not display missing measurements as measured zeroes. Some detailed displays also depend on the League plan.

A visible enhanced counter does not prove complete measurement coverage. The current mod feed is partial, so raw values and trusted rating inputs are deliberately distinguished. See performance rating reference.

Referee commands

Referees need a linked identity and the configured Ref role or Organizer authority. Use .start <code>, .status, .stop, and .void for supported team sessions. Mordhau's .red / .blue orientation helpers identify sides when needed; they do not establish duel results.

Impact and ratings

SKM Impact uses eligible round events and a win-probability model. Player performance rating and Roster Elo are separate. Do not compare raw event totals, connected time, and rating exposure as if they were the same denominator.

Current stat calculations use the configured era and valid observation coverage. Old raw history can remain visible without qualifying for today's rating formula.
