Run your first League

A practical launch checklist, from approved Rosters to the first recorded result.

Your first fixtures are published and everyone knows how results will be recorded.

1. Confirm your rules

Open Manage League. In General, check the identity and regions. In Rosters & enrollments, check roster size, entry policy, and whether seat changes are locked. In Competition, check match days, time zones, series rules, and scheduling settings.

Save and wait for confirmation. Available controls depend on your League and plan; a disabled feature is not an instruction to bypass the check through Discord.

2. Bring in players and Teams

Share the League page and, where linked, its Discord invite. Captains create their Teams and request an Enrollment. Organizers review requests.

Every active League Roster is derived from a Team. Legacy unlinked Rosters must be converted or resolved through the recovery process before competing.

3. Check that Rosters are ready

Review each Roster's seats, Captain, required identities, and availability. Resolve Incomplete, Reserve, or Blocked states before promising a fixture. Team Priority fills seats automatically, but eligibility and locks still apply.

4. Decide how you will record results

Choose a clear process for your League:

  • Organizer entry from the schedule or tournament match.
  • Supported game-server tracking with the right profile, modes, referee identity, and approval policy.

5. Publish your first competition

Follow Publish a schedule or Run a tournament. Share the published fixture pages so Captains can confirm the actual times. Discord notifications help, but the saved schedule remains the reference if a DM is blocked.

6. Verify the first result

After play, check the result, approval, and standings. Follow Report or correct a result if a manual result is needed or a score is wrong. Do not submit a duplicate while automatic tracking is still finalizing.
