Publish a schedule

Prepare eligible Rosters, review matchups, and publish clear fixtures for your League.

Who this is for
League Owners and Organizers
When you’re done
A published schedule with the correct Rosters, dates, and times.

Before you generate

For generated schedules, confirm that Rosters have enough eligible seats and have set availability. Hand-paired fixtures can be placed outside saved availability after the editor's explicit confirmation. Review the League's regions, match days, regional slot time zones, match cap, and Elo bounds under Manage League → Competition.

1. Open the schedule editor

Open your League's Schedule and choose its editor, or use the schedule controls under Competition in management. Choose the week you intend to schedule.

2. Generate or arrange fixtures

Generate matchups from availability, or arrange the draft using the editor. Review unscheduled Rosters as well as generated fixtures. A Roster may be unavailable, on vacation, missing eligible seats, or outside the configured matching limits.

3. Review before publishing

Check each fixture's two Rosters, date, time, and region. Confirm that the displayed time zone is what you expect. A draft is not a published commitment.

4. Publish and verify

Publish, wait for confirmation, and reopen the public schedule. In a Discord-linked League, check the announcement and captain notifications where enabled. Channel and DM delivery may lag the saved schedule; use the published fixture page as the shared reference.

After publication

Use the editor to adjust or cancel fixtures when necessary. Tell the Captains about important changes, especially if DMs are disabled. Follow Report a result after play.

Discord alternative and technical detail

/admin schedule draft prepares a draft; /admin schedule generate generates a schedule using the command's options. /schedule view displays the published schedule rather than creating a new one. The schedule reference explains options, matching rules, and publishing behavior.
