Report or correct a result
Record the correct Roster score, or void a mistaken result without duplicating it.
- Who this is for
- League Owners, Organizers, and authorized referees
- When you’re done
- One recorded result for the intended fixture, with the correct score.
1. Find the fixture
Open your League's Schedule or the tournament match. Confirm the two Rosters and the event. Check whether tracking or another Organizer has already recorded the result.
2. Use the right reporting path
- Scheduled League fixture: use the schedule's result action and enter the winner's and loser's scores.
- Tournament match: open the ready match and use its result control. Report in the tournament so advancement stays consistent.
- Tracked competitive series: an eligible, bound and approved series may record the result automatically. Verify it before submitting a manual duplicate.
- Discord: an Organizer can use
/elo matchfor a League result; see Elo commands.
Scores must be non-negative whole numbers, with a winning score greater than the losing score for the standard two-sided result flow.
3. Confirm and check the result
Review the winner and scores, submit, and wait for confirmation. Reopen the fixture or match page. Check its recorded score and status; inspect standings or tournament advancement as appropriate.
A live stat match is not automatically a finalized League result. Pending approval, incomplete series, or unresolved classification can leave the competition result unrecorded.
Announce scores in Discord
Open Manage League → Discord → Channels → Scores channel. Turn on Score announcements and choose a text or announcement channel, then save. Finalized League results post the two Roster names, final score, and each side's Elo before/after and change. This includes manually reported results, automatically recorded competitive series, and ranked tournament results that record a League match.
Use default channel keeps the existing destination: the Stat events channel, or a channel whose name contains scores if no stat-events channel is configured. Choose a separate Scores channel to keep final results apart from live tracking messages. Turning score announcements off does not stop match recording or Elo updates.
Posts are queued with the saved result, after its score and Elo updates. Delivery may follow a little later. The link opens the tracked match or scheduled fixture when available; otherwise it opens the League. Changing this setting does not repost past matches, and pending/incomplete series do not announce an official result yet.
Correcting a mistake
Use the match's Void action or /admin match-void. Read the confirmation: voiding reverses the recorded Elo movement and marks the result voided. It does not rewind later matches to old rating snapshots.
For a tournament, later played matches may depend on the result. Resolve those dependencies before voiding the earlier result; do not attempt to overwrite a whole bracket through a League-only reporting command.
