Enroll your Team in a League
Request an Enrollment, follow its approval, and check who is ready to play.
- Who this is for
- Team Captains
- When you’re done
- The League has an Enrollment request, or an active Roster if it approves automatically.
An Enrollment connects your independent Team to a League. After approval, the League gets its own Roster with seats filled from your Team's Priority order.
Before you start
- Create a Team and sign in as its Captain.
- Join the League you want to play in. The picker shows your Leagues; for a Discord-linked League, join its Discord with the same account. For a web-only League, open its League page and choose Join this league.
- Check the League's rules, regions, roster size, and required game identity.
- If the League already has a Roster you want to keep, use Claim an existing Roster instead of requesting a duplicate.
1. Open your Team's Leagues tab
From Your Teams, choose Manage Team → Leagues. Choose Enroll in a League.
2. Choose the League and region
Select the League, then one of its available regions. If your Team's name is already used there, enter a different Roster name for this League. Your independent Team keeps its own name.
3. Submit the request
Submit and wait for Heir's confirmation. Do not keep submitting while the request is pending: a Team can have only one open Enrollment in the same League.
Most requests become Pending approval. The League's Organizers review them. A League that enables automatic approval may activate an eligible new Enrollment without manual review; claims of existing Rosters still require review.
4. Check the Enrollment
Return to Leagues and open the League entry. Look for its status and its Roster link:
| Status | What it means | Your next step |
|---|---|---|
| Pending approval | The request exists; an Organizer has not approved it yet. | Wait for review or contact that League's Organizers. |
| Active | The Enrollment is approved and meets its current seat requirements. | Check the Members who are rostered, then set availability. |
| Incomplete | The Enrollment needs more eligible seats filled. | Read each Member's seat reason and resolve it. |
| Suspended | An Organizer has paused the Enrollment. | Contact the Organizer; submitting another request is not the fix. |
| Rejected / Declined | The request was declined. | Read the reason and contact an Organizer before trying again. |
| Ended | The Enrollment was withdrawn or ended. | Review the Roster's status before enrolling again. |
5. Confirm the players who can play
Check Rostered, Reserve, and Blocked beside each Member. Common fixes are joining the League's Discord, linking the correct game identity, or resolving a seat on another Roster in the same League. Being a Team Member alone is not enough.
A Member who has not joined the League's Discord appears as Not eligible, with a gray name and no League profile link. Joining the Team's Discord does not satisfy this requirement. After joining the League's Discord, Membership sync triggers an eligibility update; Priority, capacity, identities, and locks still apply.
An Organizer block is different: a League Owner or Organizer must lift it. The block applies across the player's Teams in that League and cannot be cleared by re-enrolling. See Seat states and eligibility.
Once the Roster is ready, set its availability. Availability is per League Roster, so repeat this for each League you enter.
If the League is missing
Check that you joined it with the same Discord account, that the Team does not already have an open Enrollment, and that the League accepts Enrollments. Use Browse Leagues to find it. Ask an Organizer if it is unavailable or not taking requests.
Discord alternative
Open Manage Team → Leagues on the website to request an Enrollment. Team webhooks do not provide Enrollment commands or bypass League approval and eligibility checks.
Next: Understand seat status, set availability, or withdraw an Enrollment.
