Invite and manage Members

Manage your Team’s Members, Priority order, and Captain from one place.

Who this is for
Team Captains
When you’re done
Your Members and Priority order reflect who should take League seats first.

Open Your Teams, choose Manage Team, then Members. A Team can hold up to 25 Members, including its Captain.

Invite a player

  1. Choose Invite a User in Members.
  2. Find the player and verify their display name and Discord User ID.
  3. Send the invitation. The player must have signed in to Heir at least once.
  4. Wait for them to accept. A pending invitation is not yet a Membership.

The invitation also appears on Heir; a blocked or closed DM does not mean the player must create another account. Invitations expire after seven days.

Set Priority

Use the up and down Priority controls to arrange Members in the order they should receive seats: 1 is first. Choose Save changes and confirm the saved order.

Priority applies across your Team's Enrollments. It does not override a League's eligibility rules or make someone eligible while a roster lock or competition restriction applies.

Example: a League has five seats and your Team has seven eligible Members. Priorities 1–5 are rostered; 6–7 are reserve. If a higher-priority Member becomes eligible later, a lower-priority Member can move to reserve.

Remove a Member

Use the Member's removal action and read the confirmation. Removal affects the independent Team and can remove their seats from its League Rosters. To resolve a single League eligibility problem, check the seat's reason first instead of removing the player from the Team.

Transfer captaincy

Open Manage Team → Access and choose Transfer captaincy. Choose an existing Member and confirm. There is exactly one Captain; after transfer, the new Captain controls invites, Priority, profile settings, and Enrollments.

The new Captain must have room within Heir's limit of five captained Teams. A Captain cannot simply leave or remove themselves first.

Discord alternative

Manage invitations, Members, and Priority on the Team's website management page. Team webhooks send notifications and do not provide slash commands.
