When you’re done

The Roster has saved availability for its League's actual match slots.

Availability belongs to a League Roster. If your Team plays in two Leagues, set availability separately for each Roster.

1. Open the right Roster

From your League context, choose My Roster, or open heir.gg/<league>/roster directly. The My Roster destination is also available from the dashboard search and League switcher. A link under Manage Team → Leagues opens the public Roster view; use My Roster for the editable availability grid. In Discord, rostered League Members can use the availability view/time link; Roster Captains and Organizers can also use the supported location and vacation controls.

The Roster's Captain may differ from the Team Captain if the Team Captain does not currently hold a seat. Heir shows the current Captain on the Roster.

2. Check the time zone and slots

Read the region, time zone, and slot labels before choosing times. Organizers configure the League's match days and regional slots; they are not necessarily the same in another League. A League can have one to six slots per enabled region (three is the historical default), and changing the number of slots resets that region's saved Roster availability.

3. Mark the times you can play

Use the availability grid to select the slots your Roster can attend. Save the changes and wait for confirmation. A day with no selected availability is not treated as available for automatic matchmaking.

4. Review your next schedule

Saved availability informs matchmaking; it is not a confirmed match booking. Check the published schedule and notify an Organizer if an already-scheduled fixture no longer works.

Preferred game-server locations

Rank up to three different locations in the Roster's availability controls. These are advisory preferences for Organizers choosing a game server; they do not book or connect a server.

League Owners and Organizers configure the list under Manage League → Stats & game servers → Server locations. Expand Standard locations to toggle individual defaults on or off, and add up to 25 custom locations. You can disable every default to offer only your own locations. Save settings to apply the changes. Custom names are limited to 48 characters and cannot duplicate another location.

Locations belong to the League, so another Enrollment may offer different choices. If a standard location is disabled or a custom location is removed, an existing preference is marked disabled or removed and stays visible until its Captain replaces or clears it. It cannot be newly selected. Re-enabling a default makes it available again.

Taking a break

Enable the Roster's Vacation setting when it should be skipped by weekly matchmaking. Its saved availability is retained. Turn Vacation off when the Roster returns.

Discord alternative

/team-availability set-time hands you a link to the web grid. /team-availability view shows the saved availability, and /team-availability vacation toggles a break. For an independent Team, open Manage Team → Leagues to find its League Rosters.
